I used to do some dropshipping and Paypal has been holding about $3k of my money for over 1.5 years now. Every time I try to contact support I just get a vague answer. Every time I send a new request I get a new support member responding, and they always say different things. Is there anything I can actually do to ever get my money back?

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
