PayPal here not working

I have downloaded the PayPal here app, and made all the needful by changing my account to business account. Eventually, it says that I will get an email explaining what to do next, but nothing came, and even nothing came to my junk mail. Now, when I log in to the PayPal Here app it takes me to the my PayPal account with no indication to paypal here or card reader, just the normal account layout. Please advise.
