PayPal here losing item catalog after logoff - any suggestions?

This sounds like something that would need to be reported to PayPal to investigate. I would suggest contacting Customer Support. You can locate their contact information by clicking on 'Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal page.

Did you get any assistance with this issue? I’m having it too. I have many items in my item catalogue that save fine but now it won’t save any new ones. The new ones show in my desktop, but not my app. The app has been updated.
