If you’re an event organizer who had to cancel the event due to Covid-19 then proceeded to refund all attendees who had signed up, do you receive a refund on your PayPal fees? After refunding everyone, I am $250 down in PayPal fees that I lost without any revenue from the event and PayPal won’t refund that because I didn’t “deliver” the product.
I had to cancel my class and refund all the students who signed up due to covid-19, but paypal still took their fees!!! I have tried many time to contact someone via phone, emai, chat, and FB, but still NO REFUNDS.
Surely thousands of small business are in this situation. Why isn't paypal helping these small business owners?
