Hi. I use paypal express checkout as my provider on my online store. I try to solve this problem over 1 month because I spent a lot of money in my store. I added my Debit MasterCard to Business ACCOUNT and verified. When I tried to make test order I got this message: "This transaction cannot be completed because it violates the PayPal User Agreement". Then I deleted my business account and made new one with same email address and verified Debit MasterCard and I got the same problem. I asked my friend to do that and same. Please can anyone help me.
