Trying to set ups payment buttons for a society website using their PayPal business account. copied buttons generated in PayPal. pasted into html snippet on website. when tested get a "something went wrong try again later" message on PayPal. this is a new PayPal account and the guy who set it up is not very helpful. not had this issue before with other accounts. anyone got any ideas. apparently the bank details have been verified . many thanks in advance.
