PayPal account optional On

Hi

I have the PayPal account optional turned on - but when a customer goes to pay the option underneath the login is 'create an account' how do i set it so the customer can pay by 'credit or debit card' without creating an account?

When this feature is turned on, your customers will go through an optimised checkout experience, even if they don't have a PayPal account. This feature is available for Buy Now, donation and shopping cart buttons,

'Pay by Card' is the option when i tried it on my iphone

'create an account' is the option on my desktop? i have cleared the cache and tried a few different browsers and computers same result

has anyone else had this problem
