I have paid off one time payment and now there isn't any out standing payment. loan has been fully paid but I didn't get an email confirmation that your loan has been paid. I am unable to apply a new loan why it is like that ? I have called PayPal and they said it could take 3-7 business days. it has been 5 business days already. any one had this experience? how long will it take ?
