PayPal Working Capital Error ? ?

So I have had 10 working capital loans, never a issue with them. Always paid via auto payments from Client charges and paid before due date. 

Now I have tried 11 times now to get a 11th loan and it says:

Sorry, your application was declined  DLGJ0710

After calling PayPal for help , I am told it does not recognize the monthly ups and downs in 'income/charges' .. has ANYONE found a work around when applying? I mean this is a horrible system if PayPal can not clear this up!

Hi Alex. I'm having the same problem. Did you manage to find a solution?

No I have not .. I just apply like 3 times a day .. which is what they tell me to do everytime I call support .. this is such crap .. I guess they do not mind mailing out 12 letters a week telling me I was declined the loan.
