I have numerous problems with my two PayPal accounts and I have tried ringing PayPal after about half an hour of pushing buttons and answering yes or no - I eventually got through to a guy in the Philippines who really did not speak very good English.
He just stated PayPal has a problem and I must be patient - no concern about time scales at all - he just said he will raise a ticket for my issues but did not give me any indication when I would get an answer.
I don't think I will be accepting PayPal at all in future as a payment method if this is an example of their service.
