PayPal Payout integration issue

I integrate PayPal payout functionality. All process are done and payout response successful. When payout done users get an email by PayPal.  when I click on the claim your payment link from email. It then goes to new page see screenshot - 

So when I click on login to claim link

I get this screen  now it is asking if I want to add that email address to my account when I click cancel it just stops everything and I can’t log in or receive the payment

When I click add to your account link it then says the below great that I get the payment but the issue is  compare two images below

So please can you make that not happen 

It is a payment from KA Ching going to a member so email address should not be getting attached. 

 so I want to say receiver directly get payment don't need to claim and add account in receiver paypal.
