I have just purchased a PayPal Here card reader, so that I can take cards at a local toyfair where I am selling my private collection, when I purchased it there was no mention of having to change my account to a business account or how awkward it is to set up....I have submitted Photo ID, how long does this take and why do I need a business account and what are the implications of this? I am in the UK!
