PayPal Here app on iPad freezes at startup

Hello,

I’ve been recently using PayPal Here app for mobile vending. I have a brand new iPad 6th generation.  Downloaded the paypal here app..everything works great.  Come back a week or so later and go to start the app and it just freezes at the startup screen.  I’ve tried rebooting several times and it just seems to continue to hang.  There is really nothing on the iPad as it is dedicated for the business and this specific purpose. Any thoughts about what might be going on?

my Ipad is now doing the same just goes back to home screen, did you manage to fix this issue at all?
