I'm sorry to hear that the PayPal Here app froze. Have you tried rebooting the phone? Uninstalling and reinstalling the application? If you've taken those basic troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, please visit and log in at https://www.paypal-support.com and open a ticket to or technicians. Please make sure that the ticket has these details in it.
I hope this is easily resolved with a phone reboot!
