Having purchased & received my card reader a week ago. I still can't use it?
Paypal decided my address was not correct??? Even though it was & the reader was sent to my registered address.
I was then asked to provide proof of address , which I did.
They now keep sending me e-mails telling me what to do next & reply to the mails saying I have done what they asked.
These e-mails keep coming back saying they cant be sent. Nothing is happening.
Has anyone else had this problem? How long did it take to resolve?
