PayPal Here - Scanning Option On iPad but NOT on iPhone

Hi all. Would someone from PayPal please explain to me why the barcode scanning function is available only on the iPad??!  It is a fantastic feature, and I can see if you have a shop with an iPad on a stand it's great.  But I sell all over the place, so a iPad is bulky.  The iPhone would be perfect for mobility and the camera is far superior.  This would be a fantastic feature to roll out on iPhone app, especially for us mobile sellers. 

Also, unless I've missed it, can you add stock numbers to the app?  So you scan in/adjust stock levels, and when an item is scanned out, it is then deducted from stock levels.  Create alert levels etc.

Have you received an answer yet?? I’m trying to figure the same thing out about the barcode scanner and inventory tracker! Great question!
