PayPal Here Fees

I have a card reader from PayPal for the PayPal Here app. I’ve tried getting information on this but I’ve not been all that successful. For swiped cards is it only at 2.7% fee or am I also charged the $0.30 per transaction? Thanks I’m advance.

• 2.7% per US card swipe
• 3.5% + $0.15 to key in cards
• 2.9% + $0.30 to invoice
• 1.5% for cross-border transfers
