Our monthly sale is around 15k via card payment and we have recently applied for PayPal here. We are interested in the 1% rate. Does anyone know how and more interestingly when this 1% rate is applied?
By looking at previous calendar month sale determines the % for future/current month?
Or at the end of each calendar month total sale determines the fee %?
