I work in a business which uses the PayPal Here App/ Card machine.
A customer coming tomorrow wants a refund and I know which date he purchased the item ( 3 Months ago). So I know in theory I scroll to the transaction and then push refund but the system takes so long to get the date(currently I’m still trying to reach June 13th).
So my question is there a quicker way to issue a refund by credit card on the app.
