PayPal Giving Fund Enrolment Difficulty

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to complete enrolment for PayPal Giving Fund, but when I click through, I see a screen that says 'More information required to lift account limits', but with all the tasks showing a green tick. So I have no way of completing the enrolment (see screenshot)

Could anybody help me understand how to get round this so we can finalise our enrolment as we are expecting some funding payments through GoFundMe.
