I am trying to update our charity description. I edit and then when I hit submit, I get a red triangle error message. I can't seem to get anyone at PayPal to tell me why this is happening through Message Help and haven't been able to talk to anyone at PayPal about it. Any advice?
I am having exactly the same issue. Have contacted customer support via email, who gave me two phone numbers. One was incorrect and one was impossible to get past the automated voice bot. Have sent in a complaint via email and been told it could take up to 8 weeks to reply. Very frustrating. Have you found an answer yet?
