Hello, lately we have been getting lots of duplicate orders, so I tested the checkout system and found that using PayPal Express after I click on the order 'confirm' button it takes ages to load/or do anything, so I assumed it was just slow internet connection, so I clicked on it again and eventually it loaded and said order completed (this would over a period of 30 seconds)
But then I received 2 confirmation emails and 2 orders were showing in admin, therefore this must be the reason why we have been getting lots of duplicate orders.
So I asked my host to see if there's a problem with the server load and they changed a few things and nothing seemed to have worked and there were no errors in the server logs.
Has anyone else encountered this problem, and is there a way to get this fixed?
