Pay With No Account

Hi,

I created a 'Pay Now' button using my business account for my website. 

How do I make sure my customers can pay without setting up an account? It will not allow them to at the moment. I don't know how to correct it.

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Website Payments > Website Preferences > Update > PayPal account optional

When customer reaches the PayPal log in page during the checkout process, there should be credit/debit card button just under the login fields.

I've never faced the issue before, but I have a customer that claims there is no way to pay without an account.

It is working on desktop version of website and not on mobile version. Very very annoying. 

Any ideas?
