Pay Pal Paused On My Website

Hi I am having an issue with a message on my Big Cartel website that says Pay Pal Charges paused and you need to finish setting up you Pay Pal account .. visit the site to learn more . I have done this and cant seem to see what the issue is . 

I have updated Pay Pal as was required on the Big Cartel Website , which I got a message saying that was successful , however when someone tries to purchase something the message they see on trying to make a payment at the cart is We're not setup to take payments . 

Not sure just what to do about this issue so any help would be great .

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
