I have several readers for our business and having such issues with these. We have a reader than won’t “unpair” just shows a continuous blue light, fully charged and no matter how long I hold the button it will not disconnect or show on available devices. Another reader that is fully charged but blue light will not show to sync at all, does not show on available devices. Is there a way these can be replaced?
