Package lost

I sent an international package and it seems like it got lost. Is PayPal going to take money out of my account to refund the buyer? Thanks

Yes, if the buyer files a Item Not Received dispute and you have no tracking or the tracking info does not show delivered. Funds are withheld when dispute is filed until outcome of case. Or you can issue a refund on your own as a matter of providing customer service. If you have insured the parcel, you can file a insurance claim.
