PSD2 and Staff Without Mobile Phones

Hi,

I have 4 people in a customer service team, each set up as a user in my business profile, who use PayPal Virtual terminal and answer customer queries.  However, they don't have company mobile phones and now, because of PSD2, don't have access to Paypal.  Apart from buying them all phones, is there any way around this?
