After a quick and easy experience with PPP round 1 loan, I applied again through Paypal for round 2. This time the process has been incredibly slow with no response to emails, phone "lines" of 100+ people ahead of me. Anyone else experiencing the same? Or is it specific to lending agent assigned? Right now, I wish I had gone with my bank this second round. Friend applied well after me via Suntrust and already has his money.
