PPP application site not functioning

I have sent my PPP application in 3 times already.  Each time I get numerous upload error messages when trying to send the supporting files but then the site registers the uploads as complete and pending review.  Then a day later the status of the application is deleted from the summary section of the site as If I never applied at all.  I have repeatedly sent messages to customer service and heard nothing.  I have a medical practice caring for covid 19 patients that will soon close down if I cannot get these funds.
