I just received this email from PayPal, but the documents they need section is blank. Plus, when I log into my portal there is no indication that they need anything else. I've been on hold with the number indicated in the email for almost an hour. Any help and/or advice is much appreciated.

@JTinJax, yes I did.
It took me about an hour, but I was finally able to get through to a PayPal CSR yesterday named Michael. He said it was a glitch in their system and to disregard it. To be sure, I had him check my application and he said everything looked okay and that somebody would get back to me if they needed anything else. So, the bottom line is I think we're okay.
On a personal note, during PPP Round 1 I got totally **bleep** by Bank of America, who ignored small business and helped Fortune 500 companies first because it was in THEIR best interest to do so. I've had a business banking relationship with BOA for 14 years. It was PayPal who saved my a$$. Every time I call or interact with PayPal it's a good experience. Hopefully, they'll come through this time too—for both of us. Good luck!
Thank you @RavenManiac I’ll keep you posted if I hear an update. Same with me....not with BOA but with SunTrust (Truist) 25 year business customer and ignored me. PayPal came through in 24 hours. 👍
