PP here app with Ecwid "Sell on the Go" app

When using the Ecwid-Sell on the Go app, with the PP-Here app to process a payment, after swiping or inserting the chip, I get a Transaction failed.

This has happened with full cell-signal.

this issue is costing me many sales.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to process a PayPal Here payment with a third-party app. Are you able to accept payment directly through PayPal Here? If so, I would recommend reaching out to the support staff for the third-party program to troubleshoot the issue with their app. If the problem also occurs when you take payments directly on the PayPal Here app, please reach out to customer service for troubleshooting.
