Within the past month I have been noticing that when my customers give me TD Bank debit card with a chip, my screen tells me it is un readable. Of course if I swipe it, it will say chip is detected. I just had a customer today tell me that they just got there new card yesterday and has been working fine. So this will eliminate an old card theory.
I contacted PP and she told me that either TD or PP is blocking the other from using it.
Is this BS ?
I find that hard to believe.
Is there a place to go to check or report issues like this? or can I call a PP person that could trouble shoot?
