I RECENTLY MOVED MY BUSINESS TO ROATAN HONDURAS AND NOW MY POS SYSTEM IS DECLINING ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION. I ALSO CANNOT LINK MY INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT. ANY SUGGESTIONS. THANKS
