Order not received.lack of customer support

I recently purchased a item from an online store called shopjordans2020.com .on june 10th.merchant then sent me a email on june 12th 2020 stating my order has been shipped.Since june 12th to the current date ive not yet received my order.i reached out to merchants to no avail.ive reached out to paypal customer support bout this problem.ive not been answered on any if account messages.

I ordered an item and the vendor told PAypal that it was delivered before I ordered it. How is that possible. PayPal then denied my claim. Where is the logic? I wonder if PayPal is fraudulent?
