Hi, I tried using my PayPal balance to pay for something online but it said “ We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.”. I tried changing my password but it didn’t work. My bank card has been verified already. This is the second time it’s happening. Please I would be happy if someone could give me a solution
