Offering adaptive pricing based on purchasing power in country of residence

Hi all,

my business is selling software licenses. I'm thinking about offering license cost based on the purchasing power in a country. Note that this has nothing to do with the currency, I'm using USD to transact my business simply because it's historically been one of the more stable currencies. Purchasing power on the other hand is related to average income. For example, if a customer in Australia pays USD100 per license, according to the purchase power index, a customer in the US can afford to pay USD130 for the same license, while a customer in Mexico can pay USD55 for the same license.

Is there a paypal option to allow for residence dependent pricing?

Any other thoughts on this?
