Hi,
I am a small vendor and get paid on Paypal on monthly basis. I have to send several payment requests to my customers before they can follow the payment link to complete payment. Every time i do payment requests, my account gets locked for a couple of hours before I can send them again. Upon contacting customer service, they never understood my problem. Has anybody faced similar problems?
