Not showing the amount of money in my PayPal account
I’m trying to place a customers order and she sent the money. It says received, but it also says pending. Every time I try to place the order it tries to charge my card. And my PayPal isn’t showing an amount. What do I do?

If the received amount is pending it would mean this payment has been placed on hold until you provide valid tracking information has been provided and the item shows as delivered to the customer's address.
