I have a digital comic website sumitnabham.com.
Paypal account linked to it is services at sumitnabham.com
I have installed Subscribe Paypal for international customer in my website.
Problem is that whenever I tried testing it from my other paypal account monikaa427 or through credit/debit card
I am getting this message.
Can you tell me what's the reason behind this? Will I be able to receive international payments.
