Not Processing payments from my e-commerce website.

Hello, sir, I have integrated PayPal with my e-com store but not able to process payments from my customers. The error says " We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method." Please resolve this serious issue, I am in big trouble for payment processing, need to activate payments for running store smoothly! The error is as in the photo below: Capture.JPG
