We are a nonprofit organization, on the front lines serving the community with essential items, during these rough times. We had a donation sent by a kind member of the community, and need that money for operational costs (food, supplies, etc.). Now PayPals giving fund says we have to wait an entire month until the 25th to get the funds. So the money will be pending for an entire month? Banks don’t event take that long to clear a check. Wow, I advised all nonprofits to stay clear from this scam of a company. Then once I called, they hit me with the “it’s in your terms and conditions” really? The whole country is hurting right now, plus I pointed out the Expedited process per their policy, and got a general answer from the manager mind you about how they couldn’t help. Run...then run faster away from these frauds.
