Hello! I am helping to create a website for a non profit organization, who has a US based non profit PayPal account. I was wondering if someone located in Latvia would be able to donate to this account, and if they would be able to use their credit card? (I know this question is weirdly specific, I just can’t seem to find the right info on this website)
