I have a special offer on my website (I have done these before with no problems) I have had 125 people sign up with there details then not complete payment with only 20 completing payment. I've never seen this before, maybe 125 paying and 20 changing their mind.
Has anyone had this before, could there be a problem or glitch, but if so how did the 20 pay???
Very confused and unsure weather to carry on the promo if there is a problem, the web team can't find anything
