No add funds button USA

I just created a separate personal account from my business account using 2 separate bank accounts (both verified), and two separate emails (verified). I suddenly have no add funds button on either account, logging in separately on either app, or website. Everything else seems the same.  I've been using PayPal since it's beginning. Thanks
