No Itinerary issued

I paid the booked flight at Cebu Pacific through my PayPal account. Payment has already been deducted to my account yet still no sign of itinerary on my cebupac account. How many days should I wait for it to appear or somehow cebupac to give me an email regarding on the itinerary of the flight?

I am sorry about your issue. Please, contact the merchant directly for an update or check your emails. If you cannot resolve your issue directly with the seller, you can open a dispute and request a refund from the seller. 

 

Here is how:

  1. Go to Resolution Center.
  2. Click Report a Problem.
  3. Select the reason for your dispute and click Continue.

You have 20 days from the date you opened the dispute to resolve it with your seller. If your seller isn't responding or you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate your dispute to a claim. If you escalate your dispute to a claim, PayPal will review the case and decide the outcome.
