New seller trying to complete listings

hello i"m trying to complete a listing and it keeps telling me that I need to link an email to Paypal, but I did that already

Please ensure that your eBay and PayPal accounts have been linked correctly. This is completed on the eBay site. Here’s how to link your PayPal and eBay accounts:

1. Go to www.ebay.co.uk and log in to your eBay account.
2. Click My eBay at the top of the page.
3. Under 'My eBay: Summary', click the Account tab.
4. In the box on the left side of the page, click PayPal account.
5. Click Link My PayPal Account to go to the PayPal website.
6. On the PayPal website, enter your PayPal account password and click Link My Account.
7. Click Return to eBay.

Your PayPal email address will also need to be confirmed before you can complete the set - up. Here’s how to confirm your email address:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out".
3. Click Update beside the email.
4. Click Confirm this email.
5. Click the link in the email to complete the confirmation process.

Tips:

• Until you confirm your email address, you can't receive money.
• You also must confirm your email address before you can make it the primary email address on your account.
