Hello, I went on here to look on how to add a new merchant so I can add Epic games as a payment option again because it always gives me a error message, and I want to purchase things. The article told me that I had to add the merchant website again and I cant figure out on how to do it. Please help.
Are you talking about creating a preapproved payment profile? If so, this is done automatically when you complete a payment with the merchant. You may need to clear your cache and cookies, ensure your browser is up-to-date, and try using a different browser or device. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
