I would like to ask for your recommendation on which account to use for a non-profit organization that plans to accept donations and possible payments for purchased items in places like US, Canada, Australia and Philippines (etc.). This will be added to their App (or website) .

Do you have also, a partnership with courier services for goods that is included in the payment option with Paypal?
What are the fees for a non-profit org (that's tax-exempt)?
