Today's Morning my mind blown out after watching mail from paypal support they mention that there is negative balance in my paypal wallet. I had a visit on my app and really there was negative balance about 199INR. I asked their representative what was the issue they just said we sent balance to your bank but your bank refused to accepts. This is the first time I heard that bank refused to accept money. As per as my concern this is a game by paypal to make profit indirectly.
