Im redesigning my clients old website on Squarespace and Im facing a problem with payment systems, so please if you can help it will be greatly appreciated.
On their old website they accept membership payments thru PayPal, and I need to have the same kind of payment structure on their new website too.

So there is a form where member fills out their information, and one of the fields in that for is to select a payment amount (1 year - $50 , 2 years - $100, 3 years - $150). Once member fills out all the fields and clicks complete and pay, next page is a Paypal payment page WITH THE AMOUNT THEY CHOSE on the previous page ($50, $100 or $150).
This is what I cant figure out. how to integrate payment system that works with the form. I contacted Pay Pal customer service with email (because they don't have department for this kin of things with phone call) and they sent me this link https://www.paypal.com/buttons/ but you cant do this there. you cant have an amount to select in a form and have that amount generated on the next pay to pay with Paypal.
